How it is possible to know artists from far away countries as the Philippines? The answer is simple: Touchtalent. Thanks to this website it is possible be in touch with artists from different parts of the world. Since it will be impossible to tell you about all of them, i will pinpoint 10 with the goal to expand your curiosity and interest for this country’s artists.
An artist who must be seen and known is definitely David Tercias.
His work shows the realism traits of some famous Renaissance artists. Human beings are his favorite models. In general, he uses people from different time periods such as Jesus, Taylor Swift, Michael Jordan and the last deceased Robin William. When you look at his works, you believe to see a waxwork. Instead, they are photorealistic portraits.

Another artist who loves portraits is the 19 years old John Michael Bucal.
However, this self-taught artist prefers to use paint, pencil and charcoal pencil instead of photos. In his work, he also realizes different shades of the same model. In addition, he also does caricatures.

Still portraits, but of superheroes are those of Niel Marcelino.
During his childhood, the artist met Ultraman-a superhero. This encounter will decide his future. Through the use of superheroes, Niel tries “to save” the world and the society. All his artworks are realized graphically.

Another affectionate of superheroes is Patnorson Quiboquibo, a professional architect with the passion of art.
He uses a variety of disciplines such as photography, oil, and watercolor. His work shows mainly superheroes such as Ironman, Hulk and Wolverine.

Jojo Hernandez has heroes as theme for his artwork.
However, compared to those previously cited, his art has a 3D effect. In fact, the viewer has the feeling that part of the drawing is coming out of the page and reaching him or her.

Completely different is the work of Bernadette Jumpalad.
Although, she earned a BA in Biology, her passion is art, which is connected with her degree. She is a self-taught artist with no training in photography or digital arts in general. Her favorite photo subject is nature in all forms: animals, natural views, sunsets, and fields.
